Our leadership is headed by Michelle Schwanhauser, an experienced CHRO executive with more than 15 years in human resources. She has headed up HR departments in the entertainment field, to the medical field. She has been essential in developing struggling departments from just a couple of employees to over 900 employees. She has also focused on the highly regulated state of California and understands the very thorough arduous compliance businesses go through.
